I had a really disappointing experience here. While I was waiting in the lobby for my daughter, I couldn’t help but notice how unprofessional everything felt. The front desk ladys basically ran the whole operation instead of the nail techs. they both were constantly running around doing everything, handling tasks that the nail techs should be doing themselves. This was me & my mom’s first time here and I had an amazing experience! Everyone is so Friendly! And the environment was so nice and clean. John did my nails and he was AMAZING, did a great job on my nails. The pricing was reasonable too! Spent around $120 for my nails & pedicure plus tip. I will most definitely be coming back here!
