If I could give negative stars I would!!! I am not one to review (especially negatively), however, I have had a horrible experience followed by even worse customer service with the owner/manager. She took ownership of nothing and blamed me for all of their many mistakes. They were not on time for any of my appointments for measurements and installations, arriving 8 hours late for one.
