I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Codie. She was so patient and attentive to my needs. She explained the process of ordering and how I can substitute an item with another item if I use/need a certain item more than the other. I’ve been using them for about 8 years now and I really appreciate the customer service. I recently ordered the wrong scent and they helped expedite the replacement. The laundry soap works so well. No funky smell or weird film on the clothes. My son has eczema and is really sensitive soaps and these work perfect with him. We ran out and bought stuff at store once and he had flare up without Pure and Gentle. So grateful 🙏🏽
