I needed a new garage door installed and got a free estimate from Liam. He explained everything clearly and helped me pick out a style that really complements my house. The installation was fast, and they cleaned up everything – not a speck of mess. It would be cool if they had some kind of online catalog where you could see what different styles would look like on your house before making a decision.

I needed someone to put in a garage door opener, so I called Pure Garage Door Repair in East Longmeadow. Liam showed up when he said he would. He was friendly and got the job done fast. He also helped me set up my remote with my car. I was thankful for that. To make things a bit better, I have one suggestion to give. a short video explaining how to use the new smart features. I have never seen it so it might be a bit confusing at first.

I called Pure Garage Door for a weather seal replacement before winter. Liam showed up the next day and did a great job sealing all the gaps. He also checked the door balance and made some free adjustments. Really thorough work! A seasonal inspection checklist could make their service even better.
