Pure Floors was eager to help replace all my carpets and help move any heavy furniture. The carpets were installed without delay in one day to complete satisfaction. Closet doors were even fixed so their action was maximized over the new carpet. The price was right and payment options were offered. One suggestion for future efficiency is to bring a power vacuum in case a client's battery-run machines need recharging.
I went in not knowing much about this company, but decided to give them a shot - and I’m glad I did. The flooring work was completed within a reasonable timeframe, the quality looks great, and the price was fair for what I got, with no surprise charges along the way. Would recommend them if you’re looking for solid, no-hassle flooring work.
Initially reffered out by my installer to select material, beautiful showroom and went with some luxury vinyl plank. Excellent product knowledge and all materials were shipped in time and intact. As mentioned installer was my own, but he does work for them so take that a testament of their workmanship.
Good exllent
Great choice for renovating homes. Always choose them to replace carpet, remove tiles and install flooring. Installers are great as are the sales staff, competitive pricing & quality assurance.
