I’m really disappointed with their policy and poor customer service. I only went to the gym twice, and when I wanted to cancel my membership, they told me I had to pay for one more month! I honestly didn’t realize I needed to give a 30-day notice because of the language barrier. No matter how much I explained that I had only been there twice and that it wasn’t fair, they didn’t care at all. I’m truly sorry and disappointed by the way they treated us
They were not helpful and charged my wife extra for a month ahead didn’t wanna go

Not only is the environment exceptionally clean and well-kept, but the equipment itself is high-quality and always in perfect condition.
