I cannot recommend Pure Fitness based on my experience. What started as a discussion about membership terms turned into a contract that did not accurately reflect our verbal discussions. The written agreement, automated confirmation email, and subsequent emails all contained conflicting dates and terms, making it unclear what I had actually agreed to. I’ve been a member here for just under a year, and one of my favourite things about this gym is the change room. They have hair dryers, curling irons, and flat irons, which is so convenient because I don’t have to bring my own. One thing I especially appreciate is not having to deal with a hot flat iron after getting ready. At other gyms, I’d have to carry it home while it cools because it’s too hot to put back in my bag. Been a member here for 2 years now, and I still love coming to this gym. It’s always clean, the atmosphere is great! One of my favourite things is that I never have to wait or fight for a machine, which makes every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym!
I had a very bad experience here, when I signed up, they didn't tell me if I want to stop going there, I need to inform them one month in advance, I put the comments here about the problem when it happened, and I was told if I delete them, Ill get my money back, I did it and I got the money back until a couple of days ago I got a promotional email from them, so Im here to inform you. The gym is sort of clean, the toilets were dirty almost all the time, you always need to check if its clean or not.
Great new gym. The membership gets access to some classes and a well laid out gym too.
