Update to my previous review: I originally left a much lower rating because of the condition of some of the equipment and my experience at the time. Since then, there has been a significant improvement, so I think it’s only fair to update my review as well. Most of the machines that previously needed attention have now been repaired, and the gym overall is in much better condition. The customer service has also been excellent. UPDATING - Since I can't respond to your messsage, I would like to clarify that NO, I was not offered short-term and NO you did not do your best because you ignored my requests to stop my membership after I told you I was hospitalised 2 days after taking your membership. You are continuing to harrass me, taking a collection agency against me asking for $1,393.14. If you want to do the right thing, stop harrassing me with your collection agency. First off, the space is huge. Even during busier hours, you never feel like you're crammed on top of each other or waiting forever for a spot. The equipment consists entirely of luxury brands. They primarily use Italian brand Technogym, and you can instantly feel the quality as soon as you use the machines. Huge credit to the cleaning staff here, too. The gym is actually clean, which is surprisingly rare. The main floor, showers, and washrooms are always immaculate every single time I visit.
I have been really impressed with this gym so far. One of the biggest things for me is how clean the changerooms are. I constantly see a cleaner in there mopping the floors and cleaning the sinks and showers. Cleanliness was actually the reason I left my previous gym, so it is really nice to see a place that is always spotless. The view from the treadmills is also a great feature. The biggest thing I like about this gym is that it’s never too busy. That’s honestly its biggest asset. you can usually get on the equipment you want without waiting around or feeling crowded. The equipment is great, and there are 7 squat racks along with a large free-weight area, so there’s plenty of space even during busier times.The front staff deserve a mention too. They’re always friendly and courteous when you walkin.
