Receiving spam text messages to all my phone numbers from these guys about their offers. Never dealt with them and clearly they are doing some backdoor shady deals with other gyms to steal our information. Never talked to this place ever.
I just joined as an annual member here. I'm now also seeing a chiropractor, because I injured my shoulder a while back. A personal trainer as well. You should invest in yourself and check this place out!
In town for a few weeks and pure is right across the street from my Business condo what a great fit. NOT I went in and asked for a day pass as I use the gym 2 x per day 5 days per week. The staff said I can only use 1 day pass 1 time.. So that means they call a day pass is a 1 x pass very misleading. I was sure the staff were wrong so I even went back a few times asking different staff members but all the same thing. I joined Pure Fitness in the spring 2025 for both personal training and group classes and absolutely love it! Matt Garcia is just the best human being - so knowledgeable as a trainer with a heart as big as he is. I have made such progress with Matt in both individual training sessions and attending his group classes for both KinStretch and Pure Strength. Highly recommend!
Before canceling, I asked if the notice period occurred at the time of cancellation or time of the next billing period. I was given the wrong answer then told by corporate that they couldn’t verify that the front desk gave me inaccurate info so I ended up being charged ~$100 more than I really should owe. Nice gym and people generally but being overcharged $100 is obviously not cool.
