Great place for prenatal massage! They have the table insert that allows you to lay on your belly (so awesome) and they accept insurance! Absolutely professional and super friendly. I left the place feeling so much better! �

Terrible customer service. The massage lady kept talking the whole time. Is that supposed to be relaxing? Also was charged $20 for cancelling my appointment when I had an emergency. Is this how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for years?!? Didn't even have the audacity to email me back or call me; I had to call and talk with an uninformed clerk while I could hear the massage lady whisper and feed her the answers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’m sorry you felt that way. If you didn’t like your 2 massages here you could’ve tried 1 of 3 other massage therapists. You have not been coming here for years for Massage. I’m sorry you did not understand the cancellation policy that you signed about the fee charged. But it’s in writing more than once and you signed it. The policy is actually $35 per last minute cancellation but Pure escape gave you a break as the owner for first time cancellation. We absolutely love this place! I would recommend it to any one looking for great service and being pampered! My daughter and I both come here and have Rayanna do our lashes! She always goes above and beyond, making sure every lash is perfect! She's a true perfectionist! Always makes no sure your a 100% satisfied! And she's super knowledgeable about skin care and cosmetics! Love this little lady!
The staff is wonderful, helpful. Tanning rooms are clean. Nothing like going in getting a tan and waxing and massage in one place. Great prices
