We are very happy with our Pure Energy windows! The product presentation was very thorough and Adrian very clearly and patiently answered our questions. We had 15 windows and a doorwall replaced. The installers were prompt, professional and friendly. Rotted wood was cleaned out and all debris was removed from our property. The noise reduction is wonderful and we know that we will feel much warmer come winter.
Chris Ratke, from Pure Energy Window Company, came to my Condo at least for two years, and I would put if off till the next year. Working with Pure Energy couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Everybody has been punctual, personable, and professional. Now we have 2 large east-facing windows and a south-facing patio slider that no longer let in early-to-midday heat or annoying glare. Nearby highway noise has been reduced, too.
I would highly recommend Pure Energy replacement windows. Price, installation and quality of the windows are exceptional. A competitive Company I hired a few years ago did not compare to the Overall excellence of Pure Energy.
Love my new windows. The noise reduction is incredible. Now I can’t hear freeway traffic at night so I can get to sleep at night. The staff was excellent. Adrian was very informative and friendly....the installers were great. Would highly recommend this company to everyone I know that needs new windows.
After meeting with Bryan, we went with Pure Energy to replace and update all of the older windows left on our home. We turned our 5 window mess facing west into two small windows on the side and a large slider in the middle. No more wet wood casings growing mold! I will enjoy not getting the blow dryer out this fall to put insulation on all our windows. The windows we purchased have a U-Factor of 0.23 and SHGC of 0.22. They even have a nice tint to reduce glare.
I find this company to be exceptional. They were very knowledgeable about their product. Their presentation and the samples they brought were very helpful. When their installers arrived they were on time and very courteous. All three of them were very knowledgeable about their product. They worked very quickly and before they left they made sure that the place was spotless . There was no debris anywhere . I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and family.
My experience with Adrian and team at Pure Energy Window Company was very positive! After meeting with several companies, I was sold on the quality of the windows. I was later happy to discover that the installation crew was even more impressive. The install team was on-time, very efficient and left behind no mess for me to clean up when they were done.
