The staff is super encouraging and I love coming here. Ann has helped push me to reach my goals. In the short time I've been coming here I've already lost almost 30 lbs and still seeing more results every time I come in. Listen to what they say and you too can reach you're goal! Highly recommend this place!

Pure Energy is a great place to workout. This boutique gym gives you the one on one personal attention that some big box gyms miss out on.
Jon is a creative, attentive and knowledgeable trainer. The facility holds equipment for every exercise you could possibly imagine and then some. Have highly recommended and will continue to do so.
