There's no indication that this unit does anything. It doesn't even help with the persistent front loader odor. I used cold water with no detergent for quite a while with no discernable difference wether the unit is operating or not. I left the unit installed but have got back to using detergent. I know the tech is real, it's used in industrial laundry, but this is just an incredibly cheap plastic contraption with a tiny device that *** or *** not even produce ozone. What a dumb way to throw away $300.
Horrible product. Mne caught on fire. Horrible customer service. Told me my heater was ruined by a raccoon. Offered a small refund. Not satisfied would NOT recommend. Holton IN.
Business response:
We paid to have the product shipped back to us with the offer to possibly repair or replace it at no charge. It's plug was damaged most likely from use with an extension cord or bad outlet. The customer failed to include any packaging with the returned unit and it was extensively damaged upon return. The unit was also completely covered with dirt, mud and animal prints. We believed it was in the best interest of all parties to refund the customer 75%.
