Bought a Groupon for a massage. I showed up but the girl doing the massage was not feeling well. I had to reschedule. Several weeks later, I called to reschedule and the owner said she had to fire her massage therapist and was in the process of hiring another one. She told me that she would still honor my Groupon even though it has now expired. I have been calling and leaving messages. No one has called me back. I guess I will kiss that money goodbye. 😡
Bought a Groupon and can never get a hold of anybody. The voicemail is always full. The owner cancelled several of my appointments because she said her chalet in Gatlinburg was vandalized. I drive an hour for my appointments one way and this third appointment she had the door locked and wouldn’t answer the door and I heard her inside the office area. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. After calling over 2 weeks straight leaving several messages they have yet to even both to return a phone call. I bought a Groupon but what a waste of time and money. Avoid this place like the plague. No customer service at all!
I bought a Groupon for a massage. The place is closed. They do not answer the phone or return emails.
Love, love, love them!!!! The staff is wonderful, it's very clean and relaxing, and it's quiet.
My friend and I went for the hydromassage. The service sucked!!! They acted like we were foreigners and not really interested in servicing us. The machine didn't work and they didn't know how to operate it. I will never ever return again.
I love this place! Tonya makes you feel special, so pampered and welcome, your own mini retreat.
This place is awesome, and all the treatments are very effective! Well worth your time & money - a great relaxing retreat
