Shannon is competent and thorough. First time I felt like I was in good hands since investing in various hair removal treatments. Save yourself the headache and come here first. I’m having to fix thousands of dollars of adverse laser hair removal.
Had a few sessions now and started noticing scaring that is lingering from treatments over 2 months ago now. Pitted scaring and left over redness that lasts weeks and still hasn't fully gone away. I would call to ask questions but they do not answer and they can be weird about asking questions in person and extremely hard to book with. I had to constantly watch their instagram for openings. Go to summerville med spa they do a whole pre treatment and post treatment to help with healing and its cheaper.
Great place! I was in and out quickly. Very clean and comfortable. Practitioner is professional and very knowledgeable.
I am so happy with my experience at Pure Electrolysis and my only regret is not starting the process sooner! Shannon is extremely knowledgable and organized, and the office is clean and welcoming. At the first appointment, she takes the time to explain the process in detail and set realistic expectations for the timeline. It can be a lengthy process to see permanent results, but is so worth it!
Unprofessional. I showed up for my appointment a day early (my mistake) but I was left in the waiting room for 40 minutes being ignored after the doctor and another worker walked by me multiple times. I looked up my appointment and realized it was the next day and left without ever being addressed. Showed up the next day to a locked door to realize my appointment was cancelled without warning.
