Unprofessional. I showed up for my appointment a day early (my mistake) but I was left in the waiting room for 40 minutes being ignored after the doctor and another worker walked by me multiple times. I looked up my appointment and realized it was the next day and left without ever being addressed. Showed up the next day to a locked door to realize my appointment was cancelled without warning.
Shannon is quick, punctual & extremely precise. So glad I found her!

I am so happy with my experience at Pure Electrolysis and my only regret is not starting the process sooner! Shannon is extremely knowledgable and organized, and the office is clean and welcoming. At the first appointment, she takes the time to explain the process in detail and set realistic expectations for the timeline. It can be a lengthy process to see permanent results, but is so worth it!
On my first visit, I was a little nervous. Shannon explained the procedure and addressed all of my concerns then, I felt at ease. The facility is very clean and comfortable. It's been approximately a year since I started the procedure of facial hair removal. Now, I'm virtually hair free. Shannon is a very knowledgeablue, skillful and competent electrologist. I highly recommend Shannon. She's the best!
