DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. There was no support after the sale and you can find the same product FOR LESS MONEY so do your research!!! When I had issues with the softener he completely blew me off. This is after being a customer for 4 years!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
You can get good filters here, but be prepared for the customer service. I'm a repeat customer, because I like the countertop filters, but he is consistently rude and condescending. He even answers the phone like someone who dislikes both his job and whoever is calling to place an order. I’ve never had a problem with any of the filters I’ve bought and so don’t know what kind of customer service you might get in that case.
Buyer Beware!!!! Bought a Pentair Softener. Did not work properly from the start. After almost a year of setting, resetting, adjusting, calling.... still no good. Seller would not offer a solution and blew off to manufacturer. Pentair also ultimately blew it off. Now have a junk system unusable to the tune of almost 900$.!! Had to replace finally. Different system works fine right away.
I bought a reverse osmosis water filter system under the counter from them back in 2018 and it's been working perfectly since I got it. I searched for water filter systems forever and then I saw somebody on ar-15forum.com recommend buying from Pure Earth since they don't have huge markups on their products and stand behind it if there's an issue. pure Earth you guys are doing great keep doing what you're doing.
Great water filtration systems! I have an under counter water filter in my condo in Atlanta (including a ceramic filter which allows me to drink safely even during boil water advisories). I'm completely satisfied - Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right product. And my water tastes great!
