Today my 2 managers and myself were at The Renaissance Center for a conference and visited the pure Detroit store. The merchandise was amazing but the customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced and I'm not one to normally complain or leave feedback. The young man who was the store attendant started a confrontation with my two managers who were non-confrontational and he eventually told us to leave the store. Great gifts, tours, and HARVEY purses! Three locations Downtown Detroit. Fisher Bldg. is my favorite.
Ordered the Detroit Harvey Seatbelt Bag, and received it within a day 1/2!!! So fast!!! And nicely packaged, so that it was protected. Thank you sooo much!!! I will order again, hopefully to stop in one day!!!
