I was gifted a Pure Detroit sweatshirt for Christmas and it was smaller than I prefer for comfort so I called to see about an exchange, The customer service was stellar! Very clear, no attitudes, and very helpful. I was able to get 2 t-shirts in place of the sweatshirt, which I had sent back. I am very happy with the product, and the company. Highly recommended! Terrible customer service ... confirmed an order, emailed re: schedule pick-up in downtown Detroit (confirmed by owner) & then item wasn't there as promised. I spent the morning driving from Ann Arbor and wasted my time. Bah Humbug -
All of these tours are amazing! Each tour guide brings a new perspective and fun facts. Learning about Detroit's rich history has been a highlight of my year since living back in Michigan. The shops all have great items that are perfect for gifts or #treatyoself. I love what Pure Detroit is doing for the city, I encourage you to support them in any way you can.

I had been looking for the Camo Detroit Crew Sweatshirt and had been sold out for a while. I decided to call and Chris was very helpful. He went above and beyond expectations, dug through a new shipment and found the one I wanted. He shipped it out the same day and I had it a day later. Great products and great customer service!
Great customer service. I emailed about availability of certain t-shirts and they hunted them down in-store for me and mailed them out that day. I had the shirts (which are awesome) to my house less than 24 hours after making the order.
