I love Pure Dermatology. All of the doctors and staff are super friendly and professional, and I always leave feeling confident that I've received the utmost in care and attention. So glad I found Dr. Martin and her team - highly recommend!
I waited 45 minutes before cancelling my appointment and was very displeased with the wait time, but the customer service was great and a manager called to apologize about the wait. I wasn't charged any sort of cancellation fee. Dr. Bentley takes her time with patients so I guess that's why it got so backed up. I just wish I was told they were running behind when I walked in the door.
RecommendedExcellent and professional care by Dr Martin and her staff. They are very welcoming and friendly. I was completely at ease. Beautiful and very clean offices as well! Wonderful experience!
