Staff admitted they incorrectly charged me for a service covered by my insurance and proposed a refund within 10-15 days. It has now been over three weeks since I flagged the issue. Would not recommend until their billing and administrative support improves.
Yes,Yes amazing! I chip my tooth the night before I was able to come in the next day and the dentist was able to fix my issue. I'm very grateful that i didn't had to be in a lot of PAiN. I will recommend this dentist to anyone.He explain in detail what he's gonna do. And numb me very well..
Dr Rodney and his staff were amazing. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and I was really nervous because I’ve never had a tooth extracted. He explained everything to me and the risks of waiting and he was very thorough and thoughtful and it made me feel safe. The procedure was painless and fast to the point I was still waiting for him to do it when he said it was done. Such a relief. His staff was amazing and so kind and made me feel comfortable.
