We had our first dental visit at Pure Dental Spa in Wicker Park, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the care provided by the dentist, everything was thoughtful and professional. My son, Mateus, was treated with such kindness and attention. They even had his favorite show, Paw Patrol, playing on the TV during the appointment, which made him feel completely comfortable. Pure Dental Spa is such a great office! The space is really calming, and the staff is super friendly and professional. They really take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. I’d definitely recommend them!
Quick and super friendly! Not sure if it was the dentist I had before, but they seem to have super modern tools.
Great staff and the procedure was explained very well. They make sure to ask if your comfortable but they only issue I can raise is that I waited for some time for the pre edits to start, then once we were ready i had to sign a treatment plan that I believe had already been signed. It felt abrupt and rushed in the moment but likely had to sign because this was my first time at the Wicker park location. Primary is the Lincoln Park facility. Thank you Pure Dental Spa!
