If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company and their billing charges are on the level of scam artists. They goad you to pay up front and then when you don’t get the services you paid in advance for, getting them to return your money is almost impossible. Also, they charge far above what the insurance companies deem as allowable then bill you for the difference.
