My 5 rating is for the services that were performed by Christina. She is wonderful! My rating for reception would be a 1. I have tried for over 24 hours to reach the Tecumseh location. No one answered the phone and I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full!!! I reached out to the Dougall location and they did get back to me promptly. I was finally able to reach the Tecumseh location to change my appointment. Not impressed, if you are running a business you should be accessible.
