A neighbor recommended Pure Construction to me and I’m so glad he did. Steve climbed onto our roof and took lots of photo’s which showed the damage our roof had sustained. Then worked directly with our insurance adjuster to review the claim and document what was needed to repair the damage. Had a solid reputation with our insurance carrier which made the whole process smoothly done. New roof is great and insurance covered the full repair. Although we had a previous relationship with a different builder and did not have Pure Construction replace our roof, we did appreciate the attention Dawson has given to our roofing project. He was diligent, respectful, and knowledgable. He worked with the insurance company to make sure that we got a full roof replacement. He was a pleasure to work with. We rate Dawson at 5 stars.

Rang my doorbell, I have a No Soliciting Sign clearly at my door. The worker tried to claim they weren't selling anything or soliciting when I pointed out the sign. Continued trying to talk to me. It is against the law to solicit when there is a posted sign. Very unprofessional!!!

I’m happy we decided to choose Pure. Dawson was very knowledgeable and gave great insight on our build. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. He was always apt to answering any of our questions/concerns in a timely manner. Great workers who were very polite. I will be recommending them to my neighbors!

It was a great experience working with Pure. They helped with my insurance claim every step of the way. The construction crew did an awesome some on the new roof and everything was put back in place and cleaned up perfectly.

Pure was great at communicating and resolving any issues with the build usually within 24 hours. Thier crews cleaned up well and were good about being g careful of plantings and patio areas.

Excellent service, fantastic build. Was nervous picking a contractor because of the complexity of our build. But pure construction met all expectations. Great response time, great customer service, fantastic quality of work.
