Take 5 is worst the car wash I’ve ever been to in my entire life, the manager there was horrible at customer service, she was very rude, the car wash didn’t even wash my car I paid for the 27 dollar and it looks like a 2 year old washed it. The brush scratches my paint, vacuums are horrible half don’t work, trash in the lot, detail center cleaning supplies, seems like they got them out of the dollar general, I will never go back to this car wash again I hope people who see this also to don’t come to this car wash no more. Process is smooth and efficient
Keeping this updated, they had their first breakdown since I’ve come back. I was behind a car in the dryer/wheel shine before the exit. The following is my opinion: The wheel shine brushes will tend to jiggle the car just a little, & the conveyor “regroups” the car, moves it out, no big deal. Well apparently the driver freaked & started hitting the brakes which again IMO shut down the line. So allow me: CUSTOMERS pay attention to those signs as you enter the wash. 🙄 Take 5: 👍🏼👍🏼😎
I love this Carwash. I can even go multiple times a day if needed. I get the full works monthly for the price of one wash. I like that they keep everything working and have interior supplies readily available. I highly recommend it. Plus the employees are super friendly and helpful.
Megan is so helpful and very courteous plus the wash does a great job cleaning my vehicle.
