Great service For years I sent our rugs out to be cleaned, then I would wait 10 days and pick them up. What a hassle! So, I decided to try Pure Clean for the first time about 2 months ago. We have several area rugs, including a few white shags and all were pet stained. I couldn't believe how clean they got them! They're like new. Ruined my carpet Hired these guys for a move out clean and a carpet clean this week. Their price was 3x what they quoted me on the phone. They insisted on cash up front before they even started the job. That should have been a red flag, but they seemed friendly enough... They maid spilled BLEACH (in an unmarked bottle) all over the carpet.. but insisted it would "come right out"...
