I like to have an online way to correspond with Dr. Lisa and not be rushed, like in allopathic practices in which I have been involved with. My pulmologist's office will not even allow an email. I must call the RN and often wait too long to hear back! I believe doctors need to be hands on and not so far removed from patients!
