When I arrived for my confirmed appointment, they were closed. I called the number on the door and got an answering machine. To date my calls have not been returned. Don’t waste your time.
Well I went in and I was sitting there and watched people walk out without their card also I was denied certification when I have chronic anxiety and depression disorder which is Arkansas qualification for your mmc and they refused me service because I don't have an official diagnosis of PTSD witch is classified and treated with the same medications as depression and anxiety. Don't recommend going there lord knows I won't again
Never open no point
This would've been my 3rd time using Pure Care. First 2 years no problems at all. Called beginning of May and was told they only do appt on Friday and it was taking about 3 weeks for state to process. I had an appt for June 3rd. Got a call on the Thursday evening that my appt had to be rescheduled. It would be today at 12:30pm. On the 6th of June. I've called and left a message. I haven't recieved a call.
