I walked out with my hair looking exactly how I wanted, and that’s even with me having to run out of styling really early to get in carpool line. I have a lot of fine hair and it took a long time and work on her end to get it that way but I’m so pleased.
My Experience: Disappointed and Disrespected This was my second visit to the salon, and I asked for a balayage. Instead, I left with orange hair and harsh streaks — not at all what I requested. I contacted the salon the next day asking for a correction by a different stylist. After going back and forth with the receptionist and never hearing from the owner (despite promises), they finally agreed to rebook me. Abigail did my hair and she did an amazing job! She was super understanding with my hair goals that I wanted to achieve. She shampooed my hair so well and she gave a fantastic scalp massage! I would 1000% go back and would recommend her over and over again
Nicole always does a great job! I wouldn't know what to do without her .
