The whole process was super easy. After we got the reminder postcard in the mail, I called the office to make an appointment. Mrs. Purebliss (?!) was very friendly and found a time that fit my schedule. The day of the service, Logan called about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know his status and arrival time. Pure Bliss Water Treatment was recommended to us when we first moved in to our home. When our water softener stopped working, it was very easy to schedule service. Our technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and a true pleasure to work with. Pure Bliss offers the kind of customer service most companies lack any more. You will not be disappointed with the work completed by Pure Bliss.
Back in December of 2017 we had Logan from Bliss Water Service install a new water softener in our home. He was extremely professional polite and courteous and did a excellent job! We are very pleased with Bliss Water Service and highly recommended them to anyone. We are also pleased with the water softener.
Came to my home to test my water, explained all the readings to me and were very honest. He did not try to push me to sell unnecessary equipment. I would highly recommend this company!!!
