This place is terrible, they don't bother to learn your name, even after going there for almost a year, and they leave your cuticles bloody half the time. You can't even ask for particular person, you get who you get. While the price is great, I'd rather pay more money for a friendlier place that leaves my skin and cuticles intact.
Came here with my sisters and mom a couple days before my wedding day, and I left with amazing bridal nails. I don’t get my nails done (ever) and also have trouble deciding, but Rachel gave a lot of great suggestions and was very sweet. I changed my mind on what nails I wanted last minute but that was no problem for her. Loved how my nails came out! She also took photos of me with my sisters and mom that I didn’t think about taking Thank you so much, Rachel!!

This place is lovely! Clean, great polishes choices, efficient but they do not rush you! I love it!
