Pure Barre Saginaw has changed my life. I’ve learned to challenge my mind, body, and spirit throughout their challenging classes! Not only is it a great way to change your physique, but a great place to find inspiration and empowerment from those around you!
So happy I went out of my comfort zone and tried Pure Barre out! Has easily become my favorite workout, from the constant changing of the classes, to the help from the instructors to make sure your form is proper. Each class challenges you in a different way and I can say I won’t be stopping Pure Barre anytime soon!
