You don’t even have a receptionist to open the door
Love this studio, and I am sad to leave it when I move from Vancouver. Always such a welcoming and inclusive environment, the instructors are very kind and always give many options for modifications. Gisella is the best 🩷 always encouraging and happy to answer questions about the exercises after class. The classes are difficult, and you really feel you are making the best of your time. Never had a bad class here!
Gisella’s classes are truly delightful. She is incredibly kind, clear with her instructions and helpful with modifications. 🌸❤️
