I had a confirmed ClassPass booking but was initially told I wasn’t in their system and asked to leave. After I showed proof in the app, the instructor’s response felt dismissive (eye rolling). The situation could have been handled more professionally. I am disappointed and will not be visiting this place again.

I have only been to this studio three times, two of which I've taken classes from Jane. I hadn't come to her second class is about 6 months and when I walked in, she introduced herself and said, "Wait, we've met before, haven't we?". She even remembered details about my work that blew me away. I have never been to a studio before where I felt like an Instructor cared to get to know their students and know them by name the way Jane has. I hate to give anything below 5 stars, but I just can't get fully behind this PB studio. The instructors just don't meet the PB standard, in my opinion. This could say more about Xponential Fitness (the company that purchased PB a few years ago), but I just don't get that same PB feeling I get from other studios, like the Vail studio. I feel like I am in a class at the rec center. The classes are more focused on the instructor's "vibe" than on promoting the actually technique. My sister and I started going here when she was pregnant. Such a fantastic place filled with such amazing people. I honestly think this place helped her birth to be just what she wanted.
