I started taking Pure Barre to strengthen my core. I have discovered a new and improved muscle definition and balance. This has helped tremendously in my favorite hobby: gardening. And I like the way my body shape is changing. Thank you Kristy, Jamie,Ilana of Gateway Pure Barre❤️ Took the 90 minute Full Body Burn Friday 6/19/26. Wow! Kristy, the Class Instructor, gives great verbal cues that help with focus in body postioning. I enjoy the challenge and variety of classes. Happy 25th, Pure Barre 🌻
