I love how the classes are challenging, but not impossible. I never feel discouraged and I notice small improvements in my form and performance class after class; just the change to my physique and endurance after only 4 weeks has been astonishing! All of the instructors are great at providing hands-on corrections as well as doing in-depth cues during the class so that people like me, a very literal thinker, are able to follow and pick up on sequences quickly. Canceld the account with them and two months later they are still taking out almost $200 out of my account. They will not refund me after proof of cancellation. I will not be a returning customer and will spread the word about their business practice.
