Jen and Andrea are amazing, young or old this class is for you. Work at your own pace. Take it from me, someone who’s never taken yoga or any kind of workout class, I was very hesitant but immediately after to talking to them I felt comfortable and welcomed. Sam was the absolute best she made me feel so welcome. I’ve very new to this but it honestly was so amazing. I’m so glad we have somtbing like this around here now.
I am so very impressed with Pure Barre. The studio is physically beautiful, the teachers and staff are warm and welcoming. The classes are very challenging, but I feel stronger every time I go. It’s high energy, instructions are clear, teachers are on head mic’s so they are easy to hear. This is very valuable to me because I am hearing impaired. I have been involved in exercise most of my life but at almost 73 years young, Pure Barre is BY FAR the best most effective workout I have ever done.
