Love this place. All the instructors are great, and even tho I'm so out of shape, I don't feel like I'm being judged at all. And if you live in Guilford year round, they often run the first class free special for full time residents! Booking is easy with the app. Also don't be fooled by the name and think this is like ballet. Yes it uses the bars and mirrors but the workouts are intense but not difficult. Absolutely love this studio!!! I tried one class and immediately became addicted. The instructors are amazing, and it is such a wonderful and clean environment. Pure Barre is such an amazing full body workout, and I couldn’t be happier to be a member here!!!
I was indecisive between barre & Pilates., after giving both a try, I decided to go with barre, it’s a full work out & exactly what I needed to add to my routine for my weight loss journey., The workout was amazing & the instructor super helpful!! Barre shows me how much work I still have to put in to have a good form + I really enjoy working with the Bar!! Managed most of it., highly recommend.
