The studio is highly unprofessional. I booked a class through ClassPass at 12 noon and arrived at 12, only to find the doors locked and no one assisting at the desk. I had called the studio 30 minutes before arriving, but no one answered. I stood outside in freezing cold, knocking at the door, calling the studio repeatedly, and leaving messages on their voicemail. I don’t recommend this studio at all. This 5-star review is long overdue! I joined Pure Barre Chastain over two years ago, and I’ve stayed because of the outstanding management and staff. Gyms can often feel intimidating or impersonal, but this studio is the complete opposite. The service here is truly A+ — welcoming, supportive, and motivating from day one. Pure Barre Chastain is such an awesome studio! Every instructor is so talented, friendly, and intentional about helping you get better. The studio is clean and spacious, too. Definitely try it out!
Love this location!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and instructors are always happy to take questions and correct my form.
Been coming for a year, Brooke’s class is my favorite!
