It’s s great whole body workout that’s varied enough to keep it interesting and can be modified if needed. The vibe is friendly and supportive and the instructors from desk staff are knowledgeable and welcoming
I loveeee Pure Barre, have been going for 3 years now. I enjoy the different types of classes and how they all tone the parts of my body I want to focus on. And I love the sense of community that the studio has created.
Everyone is welcoming and supportive, no matter how out of shape you are when you start.
I have been attending classes at Pure Barre in Silver Spring since 2019. I like the variety of class formats. Classic, Empower, Align and Define all have different benefits. The instructors keep the classes fresh and new. I have muscle definition in my arms and legs. My balance is improving as well. Carmel and her team have built a strong community.
I started at another Pure Barre location in May 2023 - wanting to strengthen my core before my spine surgery. The Silver Spring location is within walking distance of where I live, so I transferred my membership. What an amazing studio! The ownership creates the vibe of the studio, and Carmel, along with the studio manager, Ashley, create a wonderfully inclusive and welcoming vibe.
