I have never signed up for a membership with Pure Barre. They gave me a one week trial which I thought was very nice and very generous. We really did like the classes but somehow they keep sending me notifications that I owe them $35 for a late fee and a no-show which never occurred. I went to every single class every single time their business model is kind of a scam they tried to call me on a recorded line and told me they’re going to send me to collections. I accidentally signed up for a membership when I went in for a class on my birthday in April. I realized in June that I had been Auto-charged $80/month since then, and called and left a message asking to cancel and have the prior months refunded. It is now August and I am just now getting confirmation that the account was cancelled, and no refunds issued. So I’ve been billed $320 in total… for taking one class. On me for not having been on the cancellation I suppose, but businesses that don’t work with you on stuff like that... read more
