I took my very first barre class here, with Sarah. She was very attentive and helped me through modifying my poses. I liked her energy and the overall vibe at Pure Barre. The workouts are low-impact but intense. The staff was also friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of the classes. The instructors create a welcoming environment while still pushing you to challenge yourself. It’s a great balance of strength, focus, and community.
Today marks my one-month anniversary of joining and practicing at Pure Barre Brookhaven! From the very first day, I’ve felt warmly welcomed, and I’ve truly enjoyed the fun yet challenging workouts. My body feels stronger and more toned, and I have a lot more energy now. Including Pure Barre in my weekly routine has really helped me build mindful resilience.
