My favorite gym to visit whenever I’m in town. Not only is it always a great workout, but all of the instructors and students are all so kind every time. It makes me miss living locally.
I have been a member since 2023. Enjoyed the classes. I then injured myself on the ice this past winter in February which I had let the studio know about. Still kept my membership in hopes to be back. I have nerve damage from the fall, and have no feeling in my back and legs, so I cannot be active per my doctor. The studio still perused to charge me even though I can’t attend per my medical team and health conditions. They got 4 months of unlimited membership out of me when I wasn’t able to attend. I like the barre classes. However, the customer service at the Worcester studio is the worst. I was just 1 min late for a class today and the person in the front desk did not let me in, but the same scenario happened yesterday for the same class and another person was able to get in after getting about 5 min late. Understand the policy, but it must be applied to everyone, not just a few people. There was another time that I had to cancel a class last minute and the cancelation window had already passed.
