I’ve been a loyal Pure Barre member for over two years, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was mistakenly charged the same late cancellation fee twice. I disputed the duplicate charge with my credit card company and won, but now I’m still being hit with a past-due balance and added late fees. The studio manager did reverse one of the charges, but she thinks I should be 'happy' the balance went from $60 to $25—when it should’ve been $0 to begin with.
