Great space great instructor
Thank you for allowing me to visit for an intro class! I loved the clean, bright and happy environment and the welcoming staff. The class was informative, the instructor very knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciated the guidance through the session. I actively workout and I was surprised and delighted to find out my muscles WERE GETTING A WORKOUT with the simple movements. Thank you for sharing this experience with me!
