This is such a welcoming space. I love coming here to get a workout in 50 minutes. The staff are always friendly and the trainers offer adjustments when I need extra support. I always walk away feeling better!
I found the Woodbridge studio on social media. It kept popping up and I wanted to get back to working out more consistently. I decided to go try a free intro class and then I just kept going as my schedule allowed. I have transformed my body, and built muscle like never before. Group exercise is both challenging and fun at Pure Barre and that makes a difference for me!
Being one of the few men attending, I was slightly intimidated at first, but the staff and even the fitness crew were very kind and extra welcoming! This was really beneficial because I needed a tough meditative exercise with a focus on body awareness to heal the stress and hardships I experienced this past winter. There was really nothing available in my area, but I am glad I walked in here and discovered Pure Barre. I am a new convert here, I only wished I could have shared this with some people I lost. Light and love.
Today was my 14th class. I have tried every class and have had several instructors. Every class has been amazing. I have recently started my wellness journey and I am a newbie to working out. The instructors do an excellent job of suggesting modifications and helping to make sure each person is doing the moves correctly and safely. I love the support and love that everyone has shown! Thank you, Pure Barre for being a part of my wellness journey!
