Very high pressure free class enrollment. They called me 2-3x during my work week in which I did speak to and answered any questions with a rep before my scheduled trial class. Day before they call again in the morning as well as send an automated text that I'll need to confirm by 630 pm. I'm a busy mom and have been running errands that morning. Pure Barre is such a welcoming studio! Chelsea is incredibly patient and always makes sure you understand the correct technique. She creates a supportive environment that makes every class enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend!
The lack of judgement and general acceptance. The classes while difficult never make me feel embarrassed about not being able to keep up or modifying the exercises. It’s also a wonderful feeling to have everyone know my name. I’m an introvert but it’s just enough interaction to make me feel comfortable and welcome.
