I’ve been at PBW for almost 2 years now and it has definitely helped to not only improve my physical strength, appearance and reach my goals, it has also helped me to improve my confidence and mental strength. I’ve enjoyed learning more about barre and being a part of the PBW community!

The work out, atmosphere, the support of the entire staff makes every class a great experience and each class I am getting stronger! If you are looking for a great work out no matter your fitness level come in and join a class, you will not regret it!
