Best exercise classes I've ever taken - and the staff and other clients are friendly and kind.
Just finished by First 10 challenge! (10 classes in your first month. I'm a big girl, not fit in the least. I was nervous to go but all the staff and instructors were welcoming and accommodating. Some of the exercises I have to do some modifications but I'm getting better every day. I love Purre Barre in Miller Place and recommend everyone, even if you're nervous, to give it a try.
