After going over the reviews of this place I’d like to be the second person to say I’m not impressed with this establishment customer service. Telling someone “truly sorry you couldn’t find time to workout 4 times in the last 30 days!?” That’s appalling. I was interested in joinining and signing my wife and few friends up. But hearing this, I think I dodge a bullet
The whole team is so pleasant from booking a trial class to the class itself. Nicole was very helpful and explained everything very well before class. She even took time after class to go over some stuff with me that I was unsure about how I was doing it. I would highly recommend them!
