I was conned out of spending $18.00 for socks for a free class where I was expected to lay on the floor without a mat. I explained that I had issues with germs prior to purchasing the socks and was assured that they use mats at the end of the class so I agreed to purchase the socks and join the class knowing that I could use my own sanitizing wipes to extra disinfect the mat. After going over the reviews of this place I’d like to be the second person to say I’m not impressed with this establishment customer service. Telling someone “truly sorry you couldn’t find time to workout 4 times in the last 30 days!?” That’s appalling. I was interested in joinining and signing my wife and few friends up. But hearing this, I think I dodge a bullet
