So glad I found Pure Barre! The staff have all been so welcoming, friendly, and willing to help with any struggles or accommodations. This is a place where "judgment free zone" totally exists. I was never one to say I looked forward to my workout, but now, I totally do! I get in some much needed movement and I get to see my new friends!
I’m SO happy I found Pure Barre. It’s been an absolute game changer for me, especially as someone who doesn’t like working out normally. I’m more toned now, in my 40s than I’ve ever been. There are multiple class formats so I don’t get bored. It’s truly great for anyone - there are all shapes, sizes, and abilities in class. If you’ve ever been curious, just try it!
I like the variety of classes and times so that everyone can find the type(s) of classes they like and a time that they can fit it into their schedule! I personally love the define class because it pushes me. I think the 50 minute time frame is perfect and I enjoy the environment and instructors😊 I find that no matter how much I go it’s always hard, but I’m constantly getting stronger!
