I love all the instructors that teach here! They are all so helpful and caring. I always feel so comfortable attending classes. The full body workouts classes are amazing they target all areas you want to work on! I’ve been coming for years
I never thought I would be able to do Pure Barre classes. My daughter encouraged me to try a class and now I go regularly. The variety of moves keep the classes fun and interesting and the instructors and so encouraging. I always feel great after I finish a class!
I love this exercise class. Instructors are friendly and welcoming. Workout is really great. Class goes so quick! Amazing!
