I’ve been going to this Pure Barre location for a little over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else! All of the instructors are incredible and so so encouraging. The ladies at the front desk are also the sweetest and most helpful people ever. I have to give a huge shoutout to my favorite instructor, Clare, who usually teaches on Mondays — she’s AMAZING at motivating you to push yourself and always helps with your form. I’ve been doing Pure Barre for over eight years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never stuck with a workout this long—and that speaks volumes. Pure Barre is a full-body workout that targets all the major muscle groups: arms, legs, core, and back. It’s challenging, effective, and endlessly rewarding. The workout is challenging yet rewarding. I have seen improvements in muscle tone that I have never been able to achieve before. In addition, everyone at Greenwood Pure Barre is so warm, welcoming, and helpful.
Great instructors and very welcoming atmosphere! Always super quick to respond to text messages too. They remembered my move from when I took my intro class and made a personal effort to get me back into the studio (unlike when you try other classes and get spammed afterward.) I originally signed up for a 4 class pack but will most likely upgrade my membership since I have noticed significant change/toning in my first 10 classes that I was not able to see with 6 months in the gym.
