I absolutely LOVE my experience at Pure Barre! I have been a member for 3 years and I have learned so much about myself , mental and physical strength. The teachers are professional and encouraging for you to become your best self for your classes at Pure Barre and your mobility outside the studio ( the biggest flex bc iykyk)! One of the best decisions I have made for myself. The owner and teachers are amazing! The community is very supportive.
I’ve never enjoyed exercising and now that I’ve been doing barre I go almost every single day! The work outs leave me feeling stronger and gives my head a place to shut down and just focus on my body and the space I’m in for that hour, which helps me to refresh and gain different views on my day to day struggles! Overall pure barre helps me physically and mentally and I never thought any exercise would ever do that for me! I recommend them 100%!
