This location is NOT Loyal to their members period. I was a 5 year member with Pure Barre Preston Hollow and had several exceptionally bad experiences. SO many Additional charges - (example: once I cancelled my class within the allotted time - but it clocked as 1 minute late of the deadline ) membership is not cheap - and to have to beg for a refund is super degrading -which I was NOT given and the class was not even full!
Love this studio!!!! Andie is my favorite instructor, she is AMAZING and teaches such a good class everytime.

I love taking Barre Classes at Preston Hollow. The staff are very personable and kind, always inquiring as whether one has enjoyed the class and benefitted from the exercise. Its a great studio and I love being there
