This studio is wonderful! All of the instructors are extremely helpful, motivating, and knowledgeable. I always enjoy my workouts here, and look forward to each of their class types. Overall, the studio offers a well-rounded workout experience!
I came for the workout, but stayed for the community. The teachers are fantastic and each brings their own personality (and special form of torture ) to class. For me, the location can’t be beat, and I’ve loved seeing them add more class styles in the past few years — Define with heavier weights is hands down my favorite. Such a great community to be part of!
